The Defence Symposium (held under the auspices of ECM Technologies) will, as always, be held during the same week as Africa Aerospace and Defence. This event has been running successfully since 1998 and 2026 heralds the 14th in the series which has grown in stature from year-to-year and has become an important and "not-to-be-missed" fixture on the South African Defence calendar.

As usual, attendance is free but strictly on an invite-only basis. This year’s event will once again be held at the prestigious Conference Centre at the Maslow Hotel, Time Square on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
